History
The history of the property dates back to the early 20th century, having been originally built as a bleaching and finishing plant by the
Salyes Corporation of Pawtucket . During that time the property played an important role in the textile industry and was a vital part of the East Providence and Rhode Island economies. As time went on, the property went through a number of transformations and emerged in the late 1960's as a food distribution facility for Almacs. Today the property is occupied by two companies for warehouse and distribution use.
